WHO WE ARE

Stylistico is your home base in the U.S. We work primarily with European fashion and design brands seeking to enter the U.S., Canadian, and Latin American markets. Our showroom on 5th Avenue, professional marketing and distribution services, and customer portfolio of over 300 stores allow us not only to distribute a brand’s products, but also to tell its story.

MEET MARCELLO & GUGLIELMO

Our founders, Guglielmo Melegari and Marcello Abrate, have years of international business experience between them, with previous careers as the former CEO of Max Mara USA and Pomellato USA, and the former CEO of Benetton North America, respectively. Their clients and partners are truly global, spanning from continental Europe to the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.

OUR SHOWROOM

Our 1,200 square-foot showroom is a seamless, versatile, classic New York loft space, featuring large windows and columns. This flexible location is adaptable to every need while offering a neutral canvas for your brand’s concept.

WHOLESALE

We’ll take care of all steps involved in establishing your brand’s North American subsidiary and license, including opening accounts and company charters. From product management, to sales campaigns and distribution logistics, to accounting services, we manage your brand’s wholesale operations with care. We also offer marketing and PR activities and strategies, including content creation and event organization to boost your brand’s local visibility.

RETAIL

In our retail services, we coordinate all operational activities in line with your brand’s vision and strategy, including full project management of your store opening. We work closely with your brand to define your goals, concept, and budget to ensure all operations are aligned with you.

BACK OF HOUSE

We can take care of all back of house operations involved in your store management, including recruiting, training, revenue management, and administration. We also offer comprehensive retail accounting services, including payments to vendors, invoicing, tax management, and reports.

For one of our clients, we built a highly efficient omnichannel operation using diversified platforms for optimized business management (including direct retail, B2C and B2B, and drop shipping). Being a medium-large European company, our challenge was to fine-tune our client’s management system for an American IT platform while respecting the company’s core structure. This collaboration was testament to Stylistico’s flexible, adaptable approach within a fast-moving omnichannel market.

For one of our smaller-batch, artisanal good clients from Italy, we made sure to honor their brand’s values by prioritizing product quality, brand identity, and building a core, trusted team while still entering successfully into the competitive U.S. market. By identifying these three values as the brand’s primary concern and putting these tenets first, our client was able to grow organically in its sphere.

STRATEGIC MERCHANDISING

Our collaboration with one of our larger European clients is testament to Stylistico’s tried-and-true method of creating a comprehensive structure for the brand’s U.S. subsidiary. Opening the U.S. branch of our brand involved activating retail stores, outlets, a direct BTC channel, partnering with well-known department stores, managing B2C and B2B order through an advanced Distribution Center, and wholesale distribution through agencies and direct sellers. By centering localized merchandising as a key factor, our client was able to seamlessly enter the flow of the U.S. market.
